Thanks Aneeket for inviting me to answer this question. NET is eligibility test for lectureship. If any one wants to be lecturer in private college than NET is not compulsory but if you want to lecturer in government college than it will work on governments rule. The recruitment process of the government college generally routed by the PSC and the rules is given in the notification. Some relaxation is given to NET qualified candidate and some times they are called for interview directly.

Hi Ujjawal, unless univ of Derby has recently started a course MBA IT, so far they do not offer it. They offer a MBA in Education and MBA which is CMI accredited.
There are other univ that offer the course. But a univ can be suggested only after knowing your profile in detail. One must select the course and the univ according to the requirements and career plans.
If you would like to look at the course modules and compare you may like to check out Univ of Greenwich, Coventry univ, Bedfordshire univ, jkensington college of business.
If you like this answer kindly mark it as the best answer/rate it thumbs up.
