As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

Bioinformatics:is the combination of computer and biotechnology. It helps in finding the analysis of datas related to Biotechnology.
