Hello Amit,
As there is no weightage of 12th marks, the students who didn't score well in boards but managed to score well in JEE is only beneficial, there will be not any major changes in cutoff of NITs, but as cutoff slashed by 19 marks from last year a score near about 150 -160 land you to a good nit's.

You have a decent score, but you cannot get the SRM main campus as your rank will be lower, but you can get other campuses.
Since the exams have got over, the ranks and cut-offs will be released maybe on the 2nd of May. So, you can see which campuses you can get here:

M.Tech is a postgraduate degree in technology and will make you a specialist based on your M.Tech specialisation. Whereas MBA is a generic management degree open to graduates of all disciplines. If you are technically oriented and want to become a specialist engineer then you may opt for M.Tech, else you may opt for MBA to become non technical generalist after B.Tech.
