This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc. ( IT) is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

You may opt for a Bachelor degree in Agriculture or a related field.Take your IELTS. Visit university websites for admission requirements and prepare accordingly. University of Guelph is well known for agriculture programs.

You have got a really a good rank if this is your All India Rank. You can easily get an NIT but if you want to get a good NIT like Warangal or Trichy I think there are medium chances only.
Since you are qualified to appear for JEE Advanced, try to score well in that because you may get an IIT also.

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed after completing B.Com. B.Ed is a programme designed to equip one with skills required for teaching at primary and secondary levels at schools across India. There is no specific advantage of doing this after B.Com. You may do a B.Ed post any other course too after B.Com. You can expect to teach commerce/maths/stats subjects as a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) at schools. As teaching is a highly revered profession, this will be of some achievement.

In case you do not want to continue the engineering stream itself, you can check interests and skill sets and decide for another course. Since you have done class 12th, you may check if hotel management, hospitality management, travel and tourism industry, business administration etc. whichever may excite you.
