It depends upon the paper. If the paper would be easy, the cut-off would be high as it has only 200 seats.

Hi Friend,
First of all, make a decision about the career path you want to pursue. If you want to build a career in the legal sector then go for LLB. You need extreme passion and drive to be successful in this field. Other than this, if you are passionate about business management, you can definitely choose MBA and scale up on your career as a management consultant or a corporate manager.
I would suggest you to do what you like, do what you think. If you will do something you love, then making money will not be difficult for you.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. Here https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
