If u are talking about B.Tech & BCA then their is not so much difference between these course. U study about 55% of B.Tech in BCA and it includes software engg, programming, networking tools etc. but less then B.Tech. But when u done ur MCA then it is equal to B.Tech & u get a good job after MCA.
Comp engg is slightly diff from these as it also cover HARDWARE STUDY, but less SOFTWARE study.
A B.Tech & MCA student can apply for M.Tech.
Both type of engg get good jobs.

You may either opt for a Masters or a Full Time MBA program. If you want to shift your career to the management side, you should opt for MBA(You will require work experience to pursue MBA) whereas if you want to stick to the technical front, you should opt for a MS course. If you are looking for jobs, the placements as well as payscale will be higher in MBA.
