There are lot of placement opportunities after doing B.Tech but the thing is you should do it from some renowned university like IIT's, NIT's,BITs Pilani, Lovely Professional University etc.
Place of study matters a lot for your career.

I dont think so, but if you try university entrance exam you may become eligible. check for MIT, Lovely professional University, Chandigarh engineering college etc.
