Dear,
As per my knowledge, you need to consider top four subjects for percentage calculation and if you get least marks in mathematics, its score will be automatically excluded. College admission authority will judge in the same way. But as you have studied maths (PCM &CS) at + 2 level, you may get the opportunity to study B.Sc CS if the eligibility parameter of the institute permits.

MBA can be done in various specializations. Human Resource Management, Marketing and finance are the most common ones. The entrance test dates of each institute are different so you will have to check them separately. Some of the colleges give admissions without entrance test too. Do check for the same.
