You can appear for SSC CGL exam only after graduation. So, anyway, it will take at least 3 years for you to become eligible for the exam. Here is the detailed information about the eligibility criteria:
1. For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer, you should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Desirable qualification- Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.
2. Junior Statistical Officer- Bachelors Degree in any subject from a recognised University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level. Or, Bachelors Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
3. All Other Posts- Bachelors Degree from a recognised University or equivalent. For posts of Assistant Section Officer (CSS), Assistant Section Officer (MEA), Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under M/o Corporate Affairs, Assistant (GSI) in M/o Mines, Computer Proficiency Test has also been prescribed as an Essential Qualification.
