I feel no you won't be getting admission on the basis of JEE paper 2 in B.Des. Most of the universities offer admission on basis of UCEED test.
Try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Des.Interior. They have their different criteria for admissions. Yes, it is a good decision to pursue M.Sc Maths in IIT. Pursuing M.Sc from IIT brings you a heap of opportunities. You can become a lecturer in IIT coaching classes. There is an institute in Delhi which deals with Quadratic Equations. It is a research institute. It requires M.Sc graduates. You can still get a good job in Google.

You can get the list of subject from above link. Also, I think Mumbai University gave same subjects for it's all campuses because they are recognized by Mumbai University.
the scope of language course is growing day by day in India due to its international relations to other countries so you may get very reputated job in ambessiss or MNC as a translator or work as a language teacher in any reliable school/institute. Also, you can go for further masters in the language to gain more efficiency.

If you are taking admission in a government college then whatever stream you get is final, otherwise, if you are seeking admission in a private college, girls normally seems to take admission in ECE or CSE branch.

There is not any difference between BE and B.Tech. The both degrees are same and have equal weightage. In BE there is only theory part while In B.Tech there is theory +practicals. So, there is not much difference between B.Tech and BE.

No, the overall percentage matters while taking admission in any college, for admission in government college you should be either in top 20 percentile of your respective board or above 75%.
