Yes, there are negative marks on the AFCAT exam. A minimum of 140 to 160 out of 300 questions should be answered correctly to be eligible for the AFCAT exam. No, candidates are not allowed to carry calculators or any electronic devices to the CDS exam. The list of prohibited items and the instructions stated in the admit card. Candidates are allowed to carry a simple calculator to the Officers' Training Academy exam. Candidates must check the admit card to know the list of allowed and prohibited items for the OTA exam. Those who don't follow the instructions will be disqualified and may face penalties.

Candidates scoring 95 percentile in JEE Main can get multiple NITs. This percentile ranges between 60,000 and 90,000 owing to which it is qualifying for most of the NITs. You can get entrances to mid tier NITs and a few bottom some also based on branch/campus. The top NITs we know of, like NIT Trichy or NIT Warangal, would have kept your CAP I, but other prestigious places should be in the range.
