With Hindi honors, you can do wonders these days if you have a knack for good writing. Try to freelance with magazines, publishing houses or tv channels. You may go for editors job as well but I would suggest to go for master's also may be in mass media, journalism, print media etc.

To become a direct entry IPS officer you will have to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC once a year. Eligibility criteria for appearing in Civil Services is graduate degree from a recognized university. Civil Services examination is a very competitive examination. Only toppers in exam make it to IAS, IFS and IPS.

75% in 11th is good, so strive for higher in 12th now and for abroad, you need to have SAT and TOEFL/ IELTS. They look at overall profile including your extra curricular activities. So participate in projects and activities in school.

If you are planning to have IT career after B.Com can be one of the option. You will able to cope up with computer skills. But finding job after PGDCA may not be easy as IT is producing a large number of B.Tech CSE/ IT, MCA, M.Sc IT, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT. Industry prefers formal degree holders over PGDCA candidates.
