Although, MBA in HR itself should give you complete knowledge of HR as a subject but I can understand that as you are doing a distance learning program which alone will not have a great market standing, you may need course to compliment your degree and boost your career.You can look for some short term courses like Six Sigma, train the trainer or SAP - HR course. You can also choose to do a Masters or a PGD level course in psychology, Public Relation Management Labour Law & Administrative Law & social anthropology etc.
