Hi Sandesh,
In germany all Masters degree is for 2 year duration . For admission to Masters degree, you need to fill application form of the concern university(Form can be down loaded from University website),along with that you need to submit all academics, 2 Recommendation letters from teacher/lecturer(lor) & Statement of Purpose(SOP) & need to submit it to International office of concern University.
You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :-
1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.

Yes, she/he can do CS but it won't be a one year program. CS is a very reputed program and Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and financially rewarding but also carries with it a high level of job satisfaction. It has three levels of Examination Foundation, Executive & Professional which you have to clear with in 5 Years which is the validity of your CS registration.

There would be SAP institutes in Delhi definitely. You may have to search the net. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your life, so do it. Wish you the best for your career. CS is a very reputed program and Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and financially rewarding but also carries with it a high level of job satisfaction. The job of a Company secretary is very different then that of Personal or office Secretary.
Personal Seceratry is somebody who looks after all the administrative work (like maintaining files, operating telephones, typing letters and other clerical functions) of a company, a group or an Individual. As you are planning to do your MBA you should enhance your communication & software skills, keeping this in mind you can opt for some diploma programs in technology or some certificate programs in developing your soft skills. You can also opt for a Job for one year.
