Yes, Amity - Gwalior is good, but first you should try for government colleges. You should ignore B.Tech in CSE, if you are not interested in computer languages because in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.

You can pursue Master degree like, M.Com, MCA or MBA. If you are interested in theoretical subjects, then you can go for LLB.

Instead of re-exam for class 12th, if you want you can make use of your class 10th mark sheet and take any Diploma course. After completing the Diploma, you can join any course or even go for B.Tech too.

I think, if you look at the placement rate, environment at integral university is extremely conducive for computer science branch, various companies recruit students from CS branch itself. At Integral University the highest packages were offered by Deloitte and TCS which were upto Rs.4.5 Lacs p.a. Answering your question,I would suggest that you should join integral university right away! All the best.
