Can you mention the name of the university for better assistance?
If the university has good infrastructure, faculty, etc. it is fine to go with it and also exact reviews won't be possible, if the university has just started.

Class 10th marks do not matter to get admission for B.Tech. You need 75% in 12th to get into NITs/IITs/CFTIs for B.Tech. For SFTI's you need 45% marks in PCM, for state government aided it differs.

Hi, CAT cut off varies from year to year, depending on the students applying for admission. But one can even give MAT and XAT for applying to IIHMR university. When we talk about average package last year it was Rs.5-6 lakhs/ annum was noted. The highest package received is of Rs.11 lakh per annum. We do have public organization coming for placement along with other good organization.

MBBS will require 6.5 years to complete, if you are selected and while the fee in government colleges are very less. Private college may cost you between Rs.6 lakhs to Rs.10 lakhs per year. If you can manage it, you can go ahead.
