Hi,
You should start researching on university deadlines first of all. Look for the university specific entry requirements which typically includes a four year Bachelor's degree, very good academic standing and an IELTS score for foreign applicants. Prepare the applications around 8-10 months before the intakes. Remember MS admissions are very competitive, highly selective and based on merit.

For converting any of the top 10 colleges, the safest percentile is 99+. You may convert it at less, but the safest is 99+. Now coming to my experience, I started preparing for CAT in 3rd year of my engineering, but I was never serious so I ended up missing a lot of classes and was very irregular. Ended up scoring less. Decided to give CAT another attempt and this time promised myself to be serious about it. After my engineering, I didn't take up a corporate job (had an offer). Instead I started working with my father in our family business and was preparing for CAT alongside. I will share my daily routine with you:

Hi Jaswinder, w
What you plan to study is not relevant to your education background. You must convince the university why you want to study HRM after pursuing your MA. Have a clear picture of what you want our career to be like and convey the same to the university in the form of a SOP. Your IELTS is also low, 6.5 is required for PG courses. In addition, you must have above 55% in your studies.

Hi Tanishka,
Yes, you can definitely do Tally as an additional course in your the first year of B.Com. There shouldn't be any problem since in the first year you will just study about whatever you had in your class 12th (commerce).
Comment for any related doubts.
Good luck.
