Hi Aashish,
If you wish to apply for a degree programme which is taught in German, you must have sufficient German language skills to meet the demands of the programme. You can apply through the online application process also for engineering programs you have to give Self Assessment test in order to find out for yourself whether you bring the necessary skills or participate in the various Pre-Sessional and Academic Preparation Courses, some of which take place before the start of the semester while others take place during the term. Tuition fees of Euro 500 is normally charged for details pls refer this link:- http://www.international

Hi,
As per the general eligibility criteria goes about the CAT exam, a student who has completed his graduation or is appearing for the final year is eligible to write the exam. The minimum aggregate required to write CAT is 50% in graduation (or till the final year). If you have 50% aggregate till your fourth year then you can stand a chance to write this exam but getting admission to any good institute would not be possible until you do not clear your back log.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.
All the Best!
