As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing BBA and your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So regarding this please remember you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
