As per National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) official website :
To be eligible, you need to pass 12th in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with a minimum of 50% (General category), 40% (Reserved category, SC, ST, OBC) and 45% (candidates with locomotory disability of lower limb) in aggregate from a recognized board before admission.

Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice however if you mean MS degree then in order to pursue this course from National University of Singapore you need to take below mentioned tests:
- TOEFL.
- GRE.
