Please let us know in detail in which field you wish to pursue Phd i.e Management or IT.
If you wish to pursue Phd in management subjects then please remember US universities do not consider distance education MBA degree for admission in Phd program, you need to have full time MBA degree to be eligible to pursue Phd in management subjects from universities in US.
If you wish to pursue Phd in IT field then for that you need need to have masters degree in relevant fields.
