Prepare for exams like CAT or MAT. If you score good in these exams, definitely you can get some good colleges which have less fees structure or you may also get education loan for reputed institutes. Otherwise you can have the option for distance learning in which fees are very less. You can choose Symbiosis, IMT Ghaziabad etc. for distance learning.

As per faculty & quality of education, Medical College is the best in West Bengal. But as per infrastructure, SSKM is the best option in West Bengal. So you can choose any one because as per rating both are on same note. I would suggest you to go for SSKM. All the best.

You can go for B.Tech food technology. B.Tech Food Technology is a very advancing field and offering a great career opportunities. Maths and science studies are critical to being a good engineer in any area, and certainly so as a rocket scientist. A degree in aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering is essentially mandatory today, and a Masters degree doesn't hurt.

I will suggest you to complete your Masters in Medicine i.e MD, give MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) for USA and Canada. Afterward completing the same you can apply for Post-Doctoral Fellowship or Internship in the same.
You need to get a registered licesure to become a Doctor in countries such as Canada and USA.
However, for graduate studies and Post Doctoral Fellowships in Canada you can check out universities such as:
1. University of Western Ontario
2. Dalhousie University
3. University of British Columbia
4. University of Toronto
