Academics and placements both are crucial factors for any management college. As far as I know, PIBM is a good college in both aspects. It has a unique training methodology and focuses more on the practical way of learning. The curriculum at PIBM gets updated regularly and as per the latest industry trends. Apart from this, PIBM students are given corporate exposure through Live business projects, Industrial Visits, Dual Internships, Case studies, Corporate Interactions sessions. For final placements Corporate heads conduct Mock GD/PIs, resulting in perfect preparation for PIBM students.

The B.Ed is a better option than a BTC course. The salary package for the B.Ed candidates will be higher. The B.Ed is compulsory for getting government school teacher jobs. Basic Training Certificate (BTC) is a course to improve quality of teaching. The graduates in any discipline with 50% marks are eligible for both the courses.
