As Rex rightly said doing a full time MBA is a very right choice. You are still at the beginning of your career and MBA from a good Institute can really be a boost to your career. However, before leaving a job you have to be very confident about your own know how as in if you are confident that you would be able to crack CAT well and can score admission in one of the good Institute then only leave your job. As every individual is different so is the capabilities so ponder on your own caliber and capacity to perform and then take any decision.

yes, from this year onwards, FMS has decided to accept CAT scores followed by GD/PI/Extempore for admission to MBA programs.
Selection Procedure
Applications for admission to various programmes are invited through advertisements in major national newspapers in September/October every year. Application forms are distributed to interested candidates on payment of the application fees. The filled-in application forms are to be sent to the Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 for further processing. Candidates will be asked to submit their CAT scores.
On the basis of their performance in CAT, they will be called for an interview, an ex-tempore and a group discussion. The candidates will be required to produce their original certificates and mark-sheets at the time of the interview. The final list of candidates selected to the program will be announced after conducting all the interviews.

It may not be possible to give any particular / specific confirmation on whether the Galgotia's University Campus is a fake one as the same has been accredited by State Govt and the UGC but then as for the accreditation and recognition goes by, UGC approves the institutions for certain time limit and post which institutions are further reviewed and then the further approvals or other decisions are carried out. Galgotia being an autonomous institution has been declared as a Deemed University by UGC, but the renewal of the recognition cannot be commented. Jumping on a decision if the University is fake can be figured by visiting the Fake universities list on the UGC official site.

As you have completed your B.tech in ECE, you can pursue MS in same or related fields, as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
Generally all the good universities in Canada require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in MBA program.
So it will not be advisable to pursue MBA immediately after completing B.tech.
In order to pursue MS in Canada, you need to have:
Good academic background throughout, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, OR
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

Indian paints industry is valued at about 85 billion INR at present and its growth is fuelled by boom in housing sector and strong growth of automobile sector. The potential is huge for the industry as domestic consumption in India is limited
to 800 to 900 grams per capita as agains 15 to 25 kg in the saturated markets of developed countries. Thus, the industry is all set for strong growth in India. Industrial paints are poised to grow more than decorative paints in the coming years.
At the global level, paints and pigment industry might not have such a rosy picture with global recession looming. But still it is a core industry and almost all manufacturing units are dependent on its products. In short, it is a good industry to stay in, in my opinion.
