Hi Shruthi,
Depending on your own interests and career choices you can choose the course after your schooling. The course you choose would also depend on the stream you had in your 12th in case you are from Science Background you can opt for courses like Engineering, Doctorate etc. If you are from Humanities background you can opt for courses in Media, Journalism, Law, and Social Work etc. and if you are from commerce background you can opt for courses in CA, CS, CWA, B.Com etc.

Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada, you need to have:
Minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after Graduation.
16 years of education, with relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus, OR
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Though there are some universities which do not require work experience or GMAT score, but it is not advisable to pursue MBA from those universities.

Although there are rarely any options as for almost every course the minimum requirement is atlest completing schooling. Also providing any exact information is quite difficult without knowing what do you do at present, based on which one can be able to guide you better.
Even though you still have chance to take admission in the private schoo for 10th standard, and like wise you may complete your basic education and be eligible further further education. Also you can opt for certain polytechnic courses as well.

If you want to improve your employability then along with NOS do some vocational course depending on ur attitude. It can be tailoring, Dress and Pattern making, Stenography.If you only want to improve your academic credentials then pursue 10+2 from NOS then may be graduation from one of the open universities.
