yes you can get two degree same time one from regular and second from distance(only from IGNOU). But doing this will give you lot's of study pressure and may affect your marks and percentage of Btech.
i have seen people doing two regular degrees from regular mode but remember you can only use your one degree at one time then what is the use of getting two degrees ?
Being straight you can't get two regular degree at same time, its a punishable offense and university may cancel your both degrees so don't do that.
its quite simple to understand how come you attend regular classes at two place in same time.

The one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.
