Private colleges have to come up with newer gimmicks to attract students. Doing MBA is of course dream of many engineering graduates. Hence Thapar has come out with this. Students also get benefited in that after graduation, they don't have to struggle to clear many entrance exams for MBA. About placements, Thapar indeed has good reviews. It's very nice to see your interest in your son's career. Actually it's very simple. He has to take interest in studies and clear his Diploma exam with good marks. In fact at least 75% since this is minimum required. Then he had to prepare for JEE Mains and after passing it, prepare for JEE Advanced. Scoring good marks is must since then only he will be assured of admission.
Best regards.
