To get a job, all you need to do is to decide your interest areas. Please remember all the good and top ranked universities in US require, minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in MBA program.
How ever there are some good universities in UK, which offers MBA to student with no work experience, find below some of these universities:
1.Cardiff University.
2.Liverpool John Moores University.
3.University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
4.University of Wales,Newport.
5.Coventry University.
In order to get admission in these universities, you need to have:
Good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

But, for your query I would advice you to master your skills in one domain. If you are interested in .Net then opt for it and if you are interested in JAVA then you may go for that option. The choice of course and institute entirely depends on your interest area.
