You are BBA Graduate and working in a Business Vertical of a company. So, to move towards another domain/ Vertical you need to develop competencies/ Skills required for that.
May be an MBA (Banking/ Finance) could give you a base/ entry ticket for that, but you needs to strive and work out on that areas so that you acumen will match with company requirements and internal movement is possible or sourcing external opportunites are also possible

Hi,
In order to pursue PHD from universities in UK, you need first of all make list of universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

Hi,
Glasgow caledonia university, is one of the good university in UK. The university has good infrastructure and offers quality education to the students.
Both the courses i.e. MBA and MSc are good.
In order to pursue MBA, the student need to have 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, whereas there is no requirement of work experience to pursue Msc.
MS and Msc degree are equivalent, in US the degree offered is MS at masters level whereas in UK the degree offered is Msc at masters level.
The duration of masters course in UK is 1 year.
I hope this answers your query.
