Hi,
The best possible course for your would be a masters in electronics engineering as you have earned an undergrad degree in the same field. If you want to opt for another field, you can apply for mechanical, aeronautical engineering or industrial engineering. It totally depends on what you want to pursue and what you want to become in life. Have you asked yourself what subject your interested in? Are you good with machines? If you are, you should go with mechanical. If you feel you would be good with aircrafts, you can opt for aeronautical. There are various choices that you can opt for. It totally depends on what you want to do.

Hi Siddharth,
TOEFL test is required by every university in USA. Some universities do grant a TOEFL waiver for those who have pursued their studies in English, however, such universities are very less. Infact, some universities that do grant a waiver also sometimes do not grant a waiver. It depends on the trend which the university is following. For example: A university may give a waiver to an applicant during his application process but may just ask the student to give the TOEFL later once he gets the admission offer. I would recommend you to take the TOEFL as you would be required to take the test anyway at the time of visa.

Hi Mahua,
The most important thing which you should remember while choosing your field is your own interests and career aspirations. If you want to pursue teaching as your career then you have to complete your post graduation after which you need to sit for NET Examination. If you want to get into other administrative fields like Education Counselor etc. then I would suggest you to go for Masters in Psychology.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Pooja
