Hi Bose,
As per the eligibility criteria of the UPSC, the minimum age limit to write the UPSC exams is 21years and anyone less than this or more than 30 years is not not eligible for this exam.
I would suggest you to complete your B.tech along with this you will also be eligible for the exam.

The CS exam is a three stage exam divided into _Preleminary exam which is objective type and roughly ten times the candidates as per the vacanices are called for the second stage exam Mains which is descriptive type carrying 2000 marks and finally the interview of shortlisted candidates carrying 300 marks. You can do your post graduation in a science subject, you can do MBA, You can appear for UPSC exams or state PSC exams, you can appear in Bank exams, you can do specialized courses in the IT field, you can plan your business say a trading business, you can do B.Ed and persue your career in the education line. Hi Vijay, If you would like to go for a fellowship program you will need to write a research proposal stating your topic of research why would you like to research in it and what benefits would your research bring to the society. Dear Rahul, Its depends upon your area of interest. Then too i will suggest you to go ahead with Business Management for your further studies. As UK is good for Management Studies, alternatively for IT you can check USA or germany.

Unlike universities in many other countries, German universities do not have hostel facilities. Students therefore are required to arrange for their own stay. Various staying options ranging from 100 to 250 Euros are available for students.
