There is no stream constraint as per the graphic or animation sector is concerned, only your interest matters as you are interested in graphic designing you can move ahead with this dream but just check the quality of the training before you join any institute.

As you get your revert from specified institute, please note that getting a job needs your inputs as well. Institute will be able to channelize opportunities existing in Industry but doesn't create itself. If you get right training and ample opportunities, it is upto you to make most of it.
100% is possible, but based on terms that you reciprocate equally to learning provided by mentors and you do well during Interviews and Campus Recruitments etc. organized by institutes
