Hi Patel,
MBA or Diploma in Stock Market are two different courses. One is a Management course and other is the course providing the complete knowledge about Stock Market / Share Market.
For admission into MBA you need to have graduation degree and for Diploma in stock market you need to have passed 10+2.
If you are interested in both the courses than you can think of doing them. Opt for Diploma in Stock Market and after finishing this course you can do MBA.

AAi exam contain 60 question Technical + 60 Question Non-Technical = 120 Questions Total. Technical Section contain electronics as well as communication part. So u need to prepare both. The exam will be a bit on the easy side, with a lot of questions from communication systems.
