Do not worry. Yes, Masters is an added advantage for sure, but you are a degree and diploma holder. The main focus is in your programming skill. Rather than cramming another set of books, it would be better to polish your programming skills and enter the industry. AS far as Masters is concerned, you may do it side by side through correspondence. But, do this only if you are willing to.
