Hi Nagaprasad, plz dont be location specific be career specific. MCA as such is rarely available abroad. Its either MSc Information technology or MSc Computer Science. Lots of universities offer this course. The criteria would be minimum 60% in graduation and IELTS 6.5

first learn to write and speak English well without mistakes. try to be more serious with your future. Little bit of patience is also required, hurrying and haste will not go with you in a long way.

You can do M.tech from Karnataka State open University .its state Govt approved University like IGNOU in delhi .its UGC DEC and Min HRD approved .
