Hi,
To be eligible for Btech in Canada, you need to take the IELTS and score above 6.5 atleast with a minimum score of 6 in each section. Admission will be on the basis of your class 12th percentage, your diploma percentage, your statement of purpose and your career goals that you portray in the SOP.
The amount that you would have to incur would be somewhere in between 30,000-70,000 CAD including living expenses depending on the university and its location.

The most important thing you should keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations. From your educational background what I can see is that you are really confused about what you want to do in life Studied in science stream you picked arts in graduation doing a job in accounts department and your interest lies in Interior Designing.
Sandeep, first thing which I would suggest you to do, is to ponder on your interests choose one field for which you have passion and then opt for the program. If you feel Interior Designing is the field you want to pursue your career in, then go ahead.
