With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you are pursuing Bsc , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completion of your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.

Dear Irfan, there is no need to do any course, as it would not improve your job prospects as EC graduate. Additional courses in computer field improve job prospect of CS & IT grads. Now here are solutions, pick up any one as per your aptitude and liking:-
1. Prepare for PSU exams like NTPC, Electricity board, BHEL, BEL, HAL, AAI , BSNL
2. Prepare for IES
3. Do M.Tech.
4. Go to one of places like Gurgaon, Pune, Indore, Bangalore and stay there for some time to attend of-campus and walk-in interviews. Local news papers, web portals like Vyomsworld, fresherworld, coolinterview etc keep announcing such interviews.

For admission into a under graduate program a candidate must have completed his/her higher secondary education or 10+2 from a recognized institute. The duration of the program is of 3 years.
so if you are interested in Media Management course
then go for it
its a good choice and have good scope also
