Yes, you can pursue B.Sc in psychology if you are comfortable with its subjects. It will be good if you look for some commerce oriented degree course like B.Com/BBA/BA which are in-line with your 11-12th courses.

Sunny don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. For an OBC candidate, a score of 98.5 percentile overall with good performance in extempore and interview should see you through. However, try to score over 99 percentile to enhance your chances. The higher percentile the better your chances of converting FMS .

Amity, NDIM, FOSTIIMA, etc. are the best colleges for the same in Delhi. XIME, Amrita, Christ, Alliance, Vanguard, Acharya and MS Ramaiah are the best colleges in Bangalore. If you look beyond these 3 cities there are many better MAT accepting institutions.
