Yes, you can write CA exam. There is no problem if you got a compartment. It's OK.
You can take B.Com also there. In fact i will suggest you if you can adjust both the courses together, than you can opt them together also means you can do CA and along with that can study B.Com either regular or Private.

Well It depend On you !!!!!
Actually it takes More time than regular course but if you re doing job or any other thing like projects it define-telly help you and you at a single time you can do both of thing
But if you have a time I don't thing part time a Mtech is good decision !!!!
So I would Personally Suggest if you have time then go with regular Mtech
And if you are doing any job then and then only go to the Part time Mtech !!!!!!!

The student should be a pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with pass in English (core or elective or functional) and Mathematics or Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications.
Since you have chosen Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics you cannot go for Medicine. There are various options like Bachelors in Science, Bachelors in Architecture. Also there are diploma courses in Web designing, Interior designing, Digital Film Making etc. If you would like to change your stream you could choose Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelors

To be eligible to get admission in any of the decent Management Institute a student needs to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.
For doing MBA you have to appear for entrance exams such as CAT or CMAT. After that you have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview round and according to your results you will be eligible for specific colleges.
