Hi Anamika,
As you are planning to opt for Science and maths. You can have two options:
Medical which includes: Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
Non Medical which includes: Physics, Chemistry and Maths
The most common is either engineering or medicine. Various other options could be Bachelors in Science, Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelors in Architecture. Also there are diploma courses in Web designing, Interior designing, Digital Film Making etc. If you would like to change your stream you could choose Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelors in Business Administration.

To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction. Usually in Games the environment is created in 3DSMax and Character animations in Maya, Only the models are made with less polygons and more textures.
