I presume that you are a non-officer in CRPF. Your engagement can be over after 20 years of service with pension. Afterward, you will not be able to open a security agency which can get government contracts, as it can be allowed to only an Officer. However, you are free to open a security agency for private sector. For both the cases, specialized security training certificate is required to obtained by the Proprietor. There are many institutes in Delhi, Bengalore etc. But these are not degrees or diplomas but certification courses only. So far, there are no MBA with security specialization in India (at least by UGC recognized universities)
However, if you are looking for administrative jobs in private sector then MBA in HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply chain management etc are available through distance mode. You may log on to www.smude.edu.in or www.ptu.ac.in or www.sldc.in for distance mode MBA. you will get full information about admission process etc.

hi jithendra, as a engg you can always go with mechanical and eletrical branch.only.but if you are looking for other courses then lots.of department avlbl.one of the best is Diploma in nautical science leading to bsc.nautical science(dns) 1 year pre ship after that on board traing 18 month with stippend salry.they agn u have to do few post sea courses.etc. all the best

For most of the distance learning MBA you would get admission directly without any prerequisite. Few of the may require you to have some 2-3 years of work experience like you may find this condition in IGNOU.
Usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4 years of work experience then even distance MBA has same value as regular. Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place.

My views based on experience are as follows:
An M.Tech degree in IT/Comp. Sc from India is useless unless you are joining the education sector. The starting job profile and packages are similar to those offered to B.Tech's. In case you cannot pursue an higher education from abroad due to any constraints, I would suggest work for atleast 2 years, choose a specific subject that actually interests you, and then pursue a Masters in that subject.
As far as MBA goes, if you want to rise in your company, an MBA becomes a must. The most important factor that you should consider is which institute is offering you a seat. If you are able to break into the top 10 initially itself, go for it. Do not go beyond the top 40 institutes in any case.
