Syllabus for JEE Mains is same as that for 12th of CBSE. If you have thoroughly studied CBSE 12th syllabus, there is no reason why you can not score 300+ . Have confidence on yourself. That's all.

Hi,
You have to appear for UPSC exams after graduation (any stream) and minimum age 21 years. There are three stages of civil services exam - preliminary exam (objective type 2 papers - general studies and optional subject). If you clear this and get in the merit cut-off list, you will be allowed to appear for the next level - main exams. (this is more of a written examination). If you clear this and get into merit cut-off list, you will be called for interview (the last step).
Now, based on your all India final ranking and if you get into the merit cut-off list - you can choose your area - IAS IPS IFS etc.
