Computer Science engineering equally covers both hardware and software aspects. Information technology engineering and software engineering has a lesser focus on the hardware aspect. However, this difference hardly matters as universities frequently keep updating the syllabus for each branch.
Unless and until, you get a job in a hardware manufacturing company like Intel, Logitech, etc. this little difference in the syllabus hardly matters. Most of the jobs offered are in the software domain. If you opt for information technology engineering, you can become a software engineer. If you opt for computer Science engineering, you can become a computer engineer, which covers both hardware and software.
So, there is no need to compare the little differences between the branches. You can get admission in a good college in any of these branches. You should keep a percentage of over 70% without any backlogs.
