Selection at NU is based on multiple criteria like JEE/AIEEE/SAT scores and NUONLINE (only for Biotechnology with interview performance, academic performance, marks scored in communication, application form.
NIIT University offer following programs in B.Tech:-
1. Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) 2. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) 3. Electronic and Communication Engineering (ECE) 4. Biotechnology (BT)
The detailed eligibility criteria are mentioned below:-

Well by stating your areas of concern, it seems that you opt for a course that involves less mathematical syllabus, in this case you can opt for the MBA over MCA but stating your weak areas does not mean you cannot overcome but that remains totally your initiative.
There are several institutes offering MBA in IT and to get admission to most of the institutes, one require to qualify the entrance as per the admission procedure.
