I suggest you to do from INDIA only as there are many good universities in INDIA , so you will get benefit of them in future if you want your future like job to continue in INDIA only otherwise if you want to do JOB in abroad so you can do P.hd from there ok All the best :)

Firstly try to clear your 12th with full concentration , then apply for b.tech don't move mind in two sides othwise, it will not beneficial to you, so get good marks in 12th ok and then apply for b.tech, All the best :)

Sir, if she is good at Maths then tell her to take Commerce with maths, because maths is a subject at the CPT level. But, it is not important to take maths in 12th itself so if she is not good with maths then she can only opt for commerce.
