There is no fix formula. Such cases are solved selectively.
Nowadays Competition is high so one should have master degree in order to get handsome salary.
I suggest you to go for Master degree after completing your bachelor's degree.
As per official website of DU SOL,Placement cell is active and average package that offered last year was 2.2LPA,So Prepare well Go through your past academics.

For getting admission in Sandip Foundation you need to pass HSC with MHT-CET or JEE.
Or you need to have a Diploma.
