* Always remember, you must opt for a course / stream which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
* As you have studied and shown interest in Biology in 12th, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
* Apart from doing the degree level courses in Science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
* You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

As per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years and then opt for full time MBA program.
The advantage of this work experience would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
However, as per your present profile pursuing MBA through distance education would be the best option for you, by this you may easily maintain balance netween your job and studies.
