Almost every university and country accepts Diploma programs for admission to B.Tech with Germany being the only exception.

Total fees for the course is Rs. 1,16,000 in which Rs. 5,000 will be refunded at the end of the course.
And for hostel fee for 3 years :
For 1 seater : Rs. 251900
2 seater : Rs. 230300
3 seater : Rs. 223600
For Laptop Changing Rs. 7500 (approx.) Extra.
Here Rs. 9000 is refundable.
So, ultimately, you total fees would be Rs. 3,33,000 (approx.) assuming you will take the 3 seater room.
In more details, you have given your marks. Looking at those marks, I can tell you that it's almost impossible for you to get admission in this course. Unless you fulfil criteria of a reserved category.

You can pursue your B.Tech after completing Diploma. You must, however, meet the academic averages, IELTS/TOEFL score requirements set by the universities. Check here:
