Being an alumnus of LPU, I can share with you the detail of hotel management programmes offered by LPU after BCom. My one friend did his hotel management programme there. LPU offers the following 2 programmes for hotel management after BCom.
MSc. (Hotel Management)
MBA (Tourism and Hospitality)
Eligibility for admission is different for both.
For MSc, you can directly take admission without any entrance exam or interview such as the LPUNEST if you have a minimum of 50% marks in your BCom.
For MBA, you should have a minimum of 55% marks in BCom. Moreover, if you've qualified for any national test like CAT/MAT/XAT, then have to qualify for the LPUNEST and interview conducted by LPU.
Let me share a few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU :
Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts.
Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges.
Uni-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named Uni Hotel with 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff.

I would say MBA would be better as compare to M.Com. The skills you develop in your MBA are valuable to corporates, and even if you leave your job, your qualification stays with you, increasing your Probability of returning to work more quickly. Choose MBA in Marketing, MBA Marketing jobs are a fantastic option with the ability to impact both the operation and the management of the organisation. As the company struggles with recession and competition, MBA graduates from marketing are more preferred than ever before, while a lot of us get into marketing and sales with a degree. It is hard to make a switch, but recruiting companies are expected to SEE a more formal degree to prove your competence. A top MBA in marketing could help you to move out of the shadow and make an impact on the organisation. I will advise you to do your degree from Geeta University which is a well-known university that provides prime placement opportunities, outstanding exposure, and professional enhancement training.

I know that your life will be doomed in Ramaiah Institute of Management studies. Please don't fall into the trap.
Nothing is good about this MBA College.
MS Ramaiah is a very good college.
RIMS just uses the same brand name, that is all.
Most people think that MS Ramaiah and RIMS is the same.
But, it is not the truth .
RIMS is way out of the main campus , and is under MS Ramaiah foundation. They promise good placement, but none of their promise are met at the end.
Same is for Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies (RIBS ) and Ramaiah Institute of Legal Studies (RILS)
These are not the same as MS Ramaiah.
They lie about the placement and everything.
They are very money minded people.
Poor infrastructure and management
Requires 90% attendance, otherwise Rs. 10000 fine.
Uniform is made of synthetic.
If you are late by 2 mins in class, you don't get attendance.
Teacher will confiscate your phone, if seen using anywhere inside the campus.
No fashion trends, like coloring hair or making bun or having Beard etc. is allowed.
It is a horrible college. Please don't join.
