As per your profile pursuing executive MBA would be the best option for you, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may even consider pursuing MBA through distance education mode.
The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning's.

There are several eligibility criteria's that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.

With 15 years of education UK, would be the finest study destination for you, as universities in US requires 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
